The award-winning Olio Solum Blend comes from four estate-grown varieties — Caninese (30%), Frantoio (30%), Moraiolo (20%) and Leccino (20%). The olives are harvested separately according to their ripening stage and cold-pressed to obtain a balanced, harmonious oil.
The result is a versatile, well-balanced extra virgin olive oil with a round taste, ideal for everyday use.
In the kitchen: great both raw and cooked on salads, pasta, fish, white meats and everyday dishes.
