Right of withdrawal

If you have changed your mind after placing an order on our shop and you no longer want to receive the goods, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty within 14 days of receipt of the goods, as indicated by art. 52 of the Consumer Code.

Contact our Customer Service, keeping the code of the order you have placed at hand; one of our managers will support you for every withdrawal operation.

Returns

If you need to return the goods received, contact Customer Service keeping the order code at hand: we will check what happened and the existence of the conditions necessary to open a return procedure in your name. Shipping costs are charged to the customer. The seller offers the possibility to collect the product via an express courier, directly at the address indicated by the customer, with a cost of € 0 for Italy and € 0 for all other European countries, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Refunds

• The refund procedure is opened immediately by the Customer Service as soon as you make the return.

• The refund is usually made with the same method you used for the payment: for example, if you used a bank transfer, you will be credited with an amount equal to what you spent.

• The refund usually takes place within 14 days (in the case of withdrawal) from the sending of the Order Confirmation and 30 days (in the case of partial refund due to the unavailability of one or more products) from the receipt of the Notice of withdrawal.
